Operations
The firm is currently fully operational in all the regions of Kenya and its environments.
E&C majors on auditing, tax consultancy, accounting and Business structural development and management. It is currently serving 125 clients of whom, all the services sought fall under the industries the firm specializes in and the clients are spread over the six regions in Kenya.
The firm boasts of staffs with very good standing in auditing, tax consultancy, accounting and management skills that guarantees turn around positive results to clients within a reasonable time frame. Upon formal request by our clients, E&C also overseas implementation of the controls proposed to a client for a specified period that enables client’s internal staffs to be able to learn and become system friendly. The firm’s staffs are usually deployed in strict resonate to client: type of industry, specific challenges & needs and the client workload.
E&C also undertakes arbitration processes in tax tribunal proceedings where it involves all its experts in different fronts to find amicable and legally binding solutions to the clients.
The firm recruits and trains potential candidates for clients upon request. It also takes over management of business and hands them back when it is up and running.
